I, the undersigned, hereby make application to the BOULDER CITY ART GUILD to display for sale my works of art on

November 13th & 14th 2010 and agree with and shall a;bide by the Rules and Regulatgions of the Boulder City Winter Artfest.  I

Accept full responsib;ility for my artwork on display and do, therefore, promise to hold harmless the Boulder City Art Guild, the City of Boulder City as to damage, theft or any other type of loss.

                                                      WINTER ARTFEST RULES

1.  Only NEVADA residents are eligible.

2.  This is a fine art show.  The exhibiting artist must be the originator of the product.  No commercial galleries, sales representatives   

    or agents.s.  Artists must be present and exhibit their own work for the full time both days.

3.  Reproductions of original work, identified as such, are permitted. At least 25% of framed work must be original.

4.  Single space size shall be 6ft x 10ft. Easels (grids) size shall be 6ft vertical and 12ft horizontal, dou;ble space 12ftx10ft. Easel

    (grids) shall be 6ftx18ft.  All artwork, equipment, personal belongings etc., MUST be kept within those aread.

5.  ||Side walls for hanging art will be provided, plus chairs for seating.  Exhibitors must furnish tables & bins for displays within

    The allotted space.  No additional side walls are permitted.

6.  All exhibitors will be furnished a “One Time Tax Permit” by the Nevada Dept of Taxation.  If you intend filing on your own

    tax return you will still have to return the one time permit with your individual tax permit number written on it and signed off 

    By the exhibiting artist.

7.  NO PETS shall be allowed.  NO RADIOS or any amplified sysem allowed (personal systems with headphones excepted.)

8.  SECURITY Facility will be locked up on Saturday night. However, each individual exhibitor is responsible for their artwork and

    Personal property.  Neither the BC Art Guild or the City of Boulder City is responsible for any loss from any cause whatsoever.

9.  SHOW HOURS are from 9:00 to 4: pm both days. Doors will open at 7:00am on Saturday for artists to set up.
